On April 25, 2018, the Development Review Board held its annual organizational meeting, followed by a review of the application for a variance, submitted by Daniel S. Banyai for relief from the 50-foot right of way requirement to access his 31-acre property at 541 Briar Hill Road in West Pawlet. Based on the evidence provided by the applicant of a deed reciting a property description and a survey showing the 30 foot right of way, both of which were created and dated prior to March 8, 2011, the Board ruled that this lot is a pre-existing non-confirming lot.
On May 31, 2017, the Development Review Board approved a setback variance to the Mayhew Residence in West Pawlet: Setback Variance Approval, Mayhew Residence, May 31, 2017.
On April 14, 2016, the Development Review Board released its findings regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Brian Leach for beef, crop and meat processing on existing farm. The findings may be viewed here: DRB Findings Leach Project April 2016.
